India has a rich ancient culture, so there are numerous monuments all over India. There are 29 states, and each state has its cultural abundance. These monuments are the most important tourist attractions in our country. These historical monuments have distinct and rich architecture. Also, these memorials recite the great stories of the glorious past of this country. People around the world come to India to visit these monuments.
One such world-famous monument is the Taj Mahal in Agra.
How do the type of tourist attractions that younger people like to visit compare with those that older people like to visit?
Younger people like to visit happening attractions while older people prefer to see calmer and peaceful places. Younger ones like adventure trips where they can do mountain climbing, river rafting, etc, but the older ones avoid such strenuous activities, for they can’t bear such hectic activities.
Other than this, I believe that both like to see historical buildings and other things that signify our heritage. Both visit natural destinations such as hill stations and beaches. These are the places of common choices between the two.
Do you agree that some tourist attractions( eg. national museums/galleries) should be free to visit?
I disagree with this statement. There should be some fee, but it should be meager. Everyone should be able to access such facilities, and authorities should ensure that only legitimate or interested people visit such places. If these places are free of cost, some mischievous people may go to have fun and lower the decorum of these places of educational importance.
Such places can be free to visit for school and college students if they visit a school or college group.
